New Video Company
We turn your gathering into a production set. You work the room — we make it unforgettable.
Why NVC

Setting up the room before doors open
Your event gets a shot plan, direction, and coverage worked out before we arrive — not just a camera in the corner.

The finished work, in front of a live audience
We start with the pieces your audience will actually see — and the ones most likely to bring in work.
Our approach
Most of our shoots start with a room you're already filling — an event, a conference, a game day. What makes the day pay off happens around the filming: what we learn first, how much we take from the room, and how long it all keeps working.

One shoot, start to finish — keep going.
It starts with a conversationBefore anything is shot — who the media is for, and what each piece needs to do.
The main film, planned against the job it has to do.
Every piece is kept or cut by whether it does its job.01 / 06 — The plan
Before anything is shot, we get to know your business — who the media is for, and what each piece needs to do. Every piece is planned against that job, and it's kept or cut by whether it does it.
A full crewA full crew, when the day calls for it.02 / 06 — The strategy
Some shoots call for a full crew. Others work as a hybrid — your own people filming on phones at the event, with us directing and doing the editing. Either way, the plan is compact: never more production than the day needs.
03 / 06 — The day
The expensive part of a shoot is the room itself — the gear, the crew, the talent, everyone's time in one place. So the day covers the panels and the main film, and also testimonials, one-on-one interviews, staff photos, and training — multiple takes of everything.
04 / 06 — The edit
Everything flows into our own editing system — organized, transcribed, and searchable, then cut to order. Because the system is ours and built for this work, an edit can be shaped exactly to the client — and the cost of the tools isn't passed along.
05 / 06 — It splinters
From that one day come the films, the clips, the stills, the lines worth quoting. And it keeps getting pulled from — next month's posts, next quarter's pitch, next year's event.
06 / 06 — Yours, forever
The library belongs to you — every frame of it, organized and searchable, yours to pull from for years.
Long-term clients
Most clients start with a single shoot. The ones who stay get more out of each one — we already know the business, the people, and what worked last time.
We know your business
By the second shoot we know your voice, your clients, and what you're trying to say. No starting over.
An archive that grows
Every shoot adds footage, interviews, and moments to an organized archive — ready to use again, never reshot.
No re-briefing
One conversation carries across every project. We show up knowing the plan.
First in line
Retainer clients get first pick of dates and faster turnarounds.
Monthly retainer
A standing shoot every month, editing included. We plan it together, film it, and deliver finished pieces — clips, interviews, highlights — ready to post.
Flexible terms. Everything we make is yours to keep.
